About Suzanne Ordas Curry
Suzanne Ordas Curry has been the owner of Write Ideas Public Relations since 1988. Having started the firm after working at large NYC PR and advertising firms, she brought her expertise to NJ providing public relations, advertising and marketing to Northern New Jersey and the surrounding area. Working with a team of area professionals, she strives to provide personal attention to each client. Her emphasis in on the creation and execution of any and every idea to help the company or individual succeed in their goals using a mix of traditional methods and proven content delivered by all the technological platforms consistent with those goals.
For the past 7 years Suzanne has begun producing independent films and series, being introduced to the exciting but intense world and business of entertainment through her clients. She currently serves as a producer on different levels for several independent films and series, being an Executive Producer on an upcoming feature as well. Films she is attached to include Equity (Ann Gunn, Alysia Reiner) Egg (Christina Hendrick, Alysia Reiner, Anna Camp), An Acceptable Loss (Jamie Lee Curtis, Tika Sumter), Killian and the Comeback Kids (Kassie DePaiva, Taylor Purdee), A Call to Spy (Sarah Megan Thomas, Stana Katic, Radhike Apte), A Case of Blue (Stephen Schnetzer). Lost Girls; Angie's Story (Olivia D'Abo, Dylan Sprayberry) and several others. She is associate producer and marketing director for the Emmy-nominated series Tainted Dreams. She is a producer on two documentaris, Seeing is Believing, Women Direct, by Cady McClain and Choice (in production 2020).
She is also part of a new production company, ReBelle Media with offices in LA. Suzanne is involved behind the scenes including marketing strategies for the films. She states "getting people to watch a film is the same as getting people to use a service or product. Suzanne also devotes her time to non-profits, many of which center around children. After being President of CASA for Children of Bergen County for 4 years she is now Chair of the Advisory Council. She has helped form numerous non-profits and is frequently called upon to market charitable events. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for Artists for Change and now does work for TEEEM.org. She has served her community by serving three terms on her local Board of Education. She is certificated board member by the State of NJ and well-versed in 501c3 policies and procedures. Suzanne is a Phi Beta Kappa Graduate of Rutgers University where she also fondly remembers her tims as PR chair for her sorority many years ago.
She was recently awarded the Angel Award for service by Bergen Casa for Children in NJ and recognized as a Hometown Hero by her Congressman for her work supporting hospital workers with her Care Cards for Corona Caregivers Campaign during the Pandemic.
